AY 23/24 Committee Message

Just like the leaves of a ketupat that are weaved tightly together, "Ketupat Eh?" aims to bring our dance community closer. The rice grains represent our dancers who we care for. We want to envelop our dancers with the same amount of care that goes into making a ketupat.

We strive to be a compassionate and attentive committee that nurtures and supports our dancers throughout their time in TPDE💚🔥

AY 22/23 Committee Message

And just like that, a year has passed! The Rice n Shine committee would like to congratulate and acknowledge each and every one of our dancers for all that you have achieved!

The year has been filled with much excitement & buzz, as we had entered a fully transitioned post-covid norm, where full-scale productions & events happened in & out of Temasek Polytechnic.

We are proud to have brought back TPDE signature events like Oomph!, Watcha Got? and of course, GEM! We also ventured out into the dance scene, involving ourselves in DA:NS Festival & Super 24. We hope that this sets a beautiful foundation of performance & creative expression that will bring TPDE’s current standards to greater heights.

We hope that each and every one of you have enjoyed the projects that have involved you. Thank you for participating religiously & without hesitation. Know that much of everything TPDE has achieved would not have been possible without every single one of you!

It has been an amazing, eventful journey & we hope that all of these memories, friendships & skills you’ve learnt & forged over the past year will last! Lastly, don’t ever settle for anything less than what you’ve already achieved, and be excited to grow further through your TPDE journeys! Cheers to a new AY!
